๐ŸŽ“ Windsor High School Enrollment

Welcome to Windsor High School! We are excited to support your family during the 2025–2026 school year enrollment process. Please review the steps below to ensure a smooth registration for students entering grades 9–12.

๐Ÿ”„ Already enrolled at a WUSD school?
If your student is already attending a WUSD school, including Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten, do not complete a new student enrollment. You will be asked to complete the Annual Aeries Data Confirmation process for returning students before the start of the new school year.

๐Ÿก Live Outside of Windsor?

If you live outside the Windsor Unified School District boundaries, you’ll need to complete a Sonoma County Interdistrict Transfer Agreement. For forms, documentation requirements and timelines, visit our page called Interdistrict Guidelines for 2025-2026.

To find or confirm your assigned School District of Residence, visit the Sonoma County District and Elective Official Lookup and enter your home address.

  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ How to Enroll

Windsor High School uses Aeries Online Enrollment to register new students. This system allows you to enter student information electronically and submit required documentation directly to the school.

    Steps to Enroll:

    1. Click “Enroll a New Student” on the Aeries Online Enrollment Portal.
    2. Enter all required student information:
      • Emergency contacts
      • Previous school attended
      • Home language information
    3. Upload the required documents listed below.
    4. Submit your enrollment application.

โฑ๏ธ The online process typically takes 20–30 minutes.
๐Ÿ’พ You may pause and return later if needed.

If you're returning to access an existing application, use the Login button instead of "Enroll a New Student."

    1. Proof of Age & Identity
      • County-issued birth certificate or other official document verifying identity and age.
    2. Immunization Records
      • Current records showing required vaccinations. You do not need to be fully up-to-date at the time of enrollment, but we will inform you if additional immunizations are needed before the school year begins.
    3. Proof of Residency (Two documents required showing parent/guardian name and Windsor address):
      • Utility bill (e.g., PG&E, Town of Windsor water, garbage service)
