As the year is quickly coming to an end, WHS wants to share a few helpful reminders:

Friday, May 24 - NO SCHOOL - Teacher Professional Development Day
Monday, May 27 - NO SCHOOL - Memorial Day Holiday
School resumes Tuesday, May 28

CHECK YOUR STUDENT'S PROGRESS ON AERIES & JUPITER
  • The last progress report before the final grading period is now available is on Aeries. Please log in and check your student's progress. Click here to log in: Aeries Parent Portal
    • Reminder - Spring Semester ends Friday, June 7. 
  • Log into Jupiter to look at your student’s specific test scores or missing assignments by class, for more information on how to log in, review Jupiter Parent FAQ, or in Spanish - Preguntas Frecuentes de Jupiter

  • Parents, we encourage you to contact and communicate with your student’s teacher for further information. Links to teacher emails are on Aeries and Jupiter.  


SUMMER SCHOOL - A GRADUATION STATUS LETTER WAS MAILED TO YOU LAST WEEK
  • Parents - Your student's counselor mailed you a Graduation Status Letter. Did you receive it? 
  • If your counselor recommended that your student needs to attend summer school, please visit this link to register your student. Summer School Registration 2024
  • Deadline to enroll your student in summer school is this Friday, May 24.

BEFORE-SCHOOL TUTORING ENDS THURSDAY, MAY 30 
Peer Tutoring, in multiple subjects, is available every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays BEFORE School in the Counseling Center. Thursday, May 30, is the last day of tutoring will be offered. Tutoring is not available during finals week.
